In 2017, I was hired as a social media manager at the historic nonprofit Florida Theatre. When I was hired, the Florida Theatre had the following follower count for each social media platform: Instagram 2k, Facebook 30k, and Twitter 9k. Leaving the Florida Theatre, the follower counts were Instagram 24.6k (1130% increase), Facebook 72k (140% increase), and Twitter 12k (33% increase). As a Social Media Manager, I managed the Florida Theatre's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Spotify, and TikTok.

I was promoted to Marketing Manager in 2021. I continued my Social Media duties and added additional marketing duties such as email marketing, social media ad management, website management, copywriting, press and media relations, and more.

In 2022, I was promoted to Marketing Director, leading the entire Marketing Department. As Marketing Director, I managed an annual budget exceeding 1.5 million dollars. I promoted over 200 events (including shows for Sabrina Carpenter, Jim Gaffigan, Liz Gilbert, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Nikki Glaser, Taylor Tomlinson, and many more), including special events like yearly fundraisers; I oversaw a team of three full-time employees and several contract workers, in addition to maintaining all relationships with vendors, freelance workers, etc. In 2022, according to industry magazine Pollstar, Florida Theatre became the 5th most attended theatre in the world and the #1 most attended concert venue in Jacksonville. In 2023, the Florida Theatre was ranked 39th most attended Theatre worldwide by industry magazine Pollstar and nominated for Theater Of The Year by The Academy Of Country Music. During my time as Marketing Director at the Florida Theatre, I either oversaw and contributed to the following: the launch of a new website, the launch of the Untold Stories speaker series and Podcast, the removal and sale of the historic Florida Theatre seats, and the implementation of new historically accurate seats in a “Adopt a Seat” campaign, the build and launch of the new Remedy Lounge and more, a Historic Renovation and more.
