As editor of the National Culinary Review, I managed editorial across four issues, coordinating with chefs and photographers to develop and produce professional, high-quality food content for a national audience. Rather than shooting the photography myself, I directed and coordinated it, working with culinary professionals to bring each story to life. I also developed and managed social media content for the American Culinary Federation across its national channels.
