After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Flagler College, Shannon launched her career as an Associate Producer at Jacksonville’s local NPR and PBS affiliate WJCT.
Following her time at WJCT, Shannon wrote, produced and created content for local and national organizations, including Jacksonville Magazine, UNIQLO, Plant People, and more.
Shannon served as the Social Media Manager at Native Sun Natural Foods and held several roles at the historic nonprofit Florida Theatre, where she dedicated seven years.
Shannon now serves as an Assistant Editor at Edible NE Florida and Editor & Cheif at the American Culinary Federation’s publication the National Culinary Review.
